A real-time water vulnerability dashboard for Morocco — aggregating rainfall, temperature anomalies, satellite vegetation data (NDVI), and dam levels to compute a regional hydric score (0–100). Each region calibrated to its actual climate norm: Drâa-Tafilalet at 15mm/month vs. Tanger at 120mm/month.
